Rent4Less
offers Collision Damage Waiver on all rental contracts. CDW is not
insurance. It is an agreement by us to waive any damages done to
the vehicle while is possession of the renter. It does not provide
any liability insurance protection to the renter. It is not
full coverage.
Rent4Less does
not provide any liability insurance to the renter. The only
liability coverage available is the mandatory state minimum liability
insurance. This covers the driver only to the state minimums, and
then is excess of any other insurance the driver may have. Any
renter who does not have their own driver liability insurance would
remain liable for any damages to persons or property done while
operating our vehicle.
